The current method that many government agencies follow today to repeatedly generate a comprehensive agenda package for their regularly scheduled meetings, such as City Council or County Commission meetings is a tedious, manually intensive process.  As is true with any manual process, it provides ample possibilities for inaccuracies, schedule slippages, and other human-generated errors. An easy solution for agenda management is a must in today's high-tech world.   

  A simple, yet elegant and robust solution for automating agendas and the various processes that are a part of any routine agenda creation challenge (calendaring, submittal of new items, approval process, production and publishing of the agenda, capture and inclusion of minutes, etc), is long overdue.
