the imaging and document management industry, including
Laserfiche, AnyDoc Software, Kodak, Fujitsu, Kofax and OpusDoc
Agenda software, to name a few. We are consistently
recognized in Laserfiche’s annual “Winners Circle”, and
are one of only a handful of VARs worldwide to achieve and
maintain Laserfiche’s ‘Platinum’ status.

An Additional Service Offering |

In addition to the ‘day-forward’ imaging
and document management solutions that we provide, R&S Integrated
also provides a complete, comprehensive document conversion
service. Documents of all formats can be converted
to industry-standard TIFF Group IV image format, and delivered
on self-contained, searchable CD-R or DVD-R media.
Accepted document types include paper of all sizes and compositions,
microfilm, and microfiche, sheet or card. Large scale
engineering drawings (up to “E” size) are also easily converted
to image.

The many benefits of having an excellent
solution fade when you are unable to get answers to your
questions or get quick and professional support and maintenance.
R&S Integrated is the primary provider of support for all
of our clients and solutions. Our technical support
staff has extensive experience with the products that we
utilize in our solutions, and are factory trained.
While it is seldom that we need to contact our partners
for additional support, we have excellent standing with
them, and work with them closely to ensure that our clients
get prompt, effective service when required.
