Technical Support Engineer

     Do you know the difference between a Server and a Service?  R&S Integrated provides and supports Laserfiche document imaging solutions throughout the state of Florida and we are looking for experienced technical support engineers.  The position requires both telephone and on-site support for our client base – a valid driver’s license and ability to travel is a must.

Qualifications: 

• Windows Server 2000 and 2003 knowledge

• Microsoft SQL Server 2000

• IIS Setup and configuration

• Experience with document management/imaging systems.

• Strong customer service aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to troubleshoot effectively over the phone, via email and in person

• Excellent communications skills

The position is based in Lakeland, Fl and will require some overnight travel. 

All applicants must be able to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) background check.
